Terms of Service

You must be 18 years of age or older and a parent or legal guardian to use Willowscript. By creating a book, you confirm that you have the right to upload the photos you provide and that you are ordering on behalf of a child in your care.

Every book starts with a free 3-page illustrated preview. You are never charged to generate your preview. Payment is only required if you decide to order the full hardcover book. Your preview will be available for 30 days after generation.

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photos
• You have the right to use these photos for this purpose
• You consent to the photos being used by our AI illustration system to generate a likeness of your child for inclusion in the book

Photos are deleted from our servers within 30 days of order completion. We do not use photos to train AI models.

When you purchase a hardcover book, you own that physical book. The story and illustrations generated for your book are licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell, republish, or distribute the AI-generated content commercially.

Because each book is custom-printed on demand, we do not offer refunds once your book has been sent to print. If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@willowscript.com and we will reprint and reship your book at no charge.

If you have paid but your book has not yet been sent to print, contact us promptly and we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation.

The Birthday Club is an annual subscription at $34.99/year. Your subscription renews automatically each year. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@willowscript.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged for the following year. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time.

Stories and illustrations are generated by AI systems. While we review every book before it goes to print, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. We reserve the right to make minor corrections during our review process. If you receive content you find inappropriate, contact us immediately at support@willowscript.com.

Willowscript currently ships within the United States only. Estimated delivery is approximately 2 weeks from order date, including production time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Willowscript's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
